or telephoning 01237 474994 after 8am or by calling in to reception after 8:20am.  Routine appointments can be booked up to six weeks in advance.

If you consider your problem urgent, please inform the receptionist. All urgent requests will, as far as practicable, be managed by the 'same day team'

Please make separate appointments for each person.

You are free to consult any doctor but we recommend that patients with chronic illness and on going problems see the same doctor where possible.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.

We can send you a text message to remind you of your appointment.  We can also let you know if you have missed an appointment.  If you would like to consent to receive reminders by text message please see a member of the reception team or call 01237 474994.

In order to help clinics run on time and maintain patient satisfaction please be aware all routine GP appointments are 10 minutes long.  Please keep to one problem per appointment.

Please try to be punctual for appointments.
